Support that isn't a ticket queue

A store is never really finished. Products change, seasons change, apps update and break things, and there's always a list of small improvements worth making. What most businesses want isn't a support contract — it's to be able to reach someone who already knows their store.

That's what this is. You deal with the person who built it, so there's no explaining your setup to a stranger and no ticket working its way up a queue.

Optional, deliberately

We don't bundle support into the build to keep a monthly figure ticking over. Plenty of clients run their store themselves after handover and just call when something bigger comes up — and that's a perfectly good outcome.

What support covers

  • Content, product and campaign updates
  • Fixing things that break after app or theme updates
  • Adding new features and sections as the business grows
  • Keeping speed and Core Web Vitals in check over time
  • Seasonal campaign and sale setup
  • A second pair of eyes on conversion and analytics
  • Straightforward advice when you're weighing something up

You own everything

Your store is yours. There's no proprietary platform, no hostage situation and nothing that stops you taking it elsewhere. We think that's the right way round — support should be something you keep because it's useful, not because leaving is painful.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to take a support package?

No. Support is entirely optional. Many clients run the store themselves after handover and simply get in touch when a bigger job comes up.

Do you support stores you didn't build?

Yes, though we'll usually want to audit it first so we understand how it's been put together before making changes.

How quickly do you respond?

You're dealing with the founder directly rather than a queue, so in practice quickly. Genuinely urgent things — anything stopping customers buying — jump the list.

Is there a minimum contract?

No lock-in. Support runs for as long as it's useful to you.
